Our Returns Promise
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items, provided they’re in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Your satisfaction is as important to us as proper torque specs are to your bike’s performance.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Children’s Helmets & Saddles (safety regulations)
- Cleaning & Maintenance products (opened containers)
- Frame Protection (cut-to-fit items)
- Custom or Special Order Components
Simple 3-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return
Email our gear experts at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Item(s) you wish to return
- Reason for return
- Whether you prefer exchange or refund
2. Package & Ship
Once approved, you’ll receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Please:
- Repackage items securely in original packaging
- Include all accessories and documentation
- Clearly mark the RA# on the exterior
- Ship to our Washington facility (address provided in approval email)
3. Inspection & Resolution
Our mechanics will inspect returned items within 3 business days of receipt. You’ll be notified via email about:
- Approved refunds/exchanges
- Any discrepancies affecting your return
Refund Timeline & Methods
We process refunds with the same speed as our premium shipping options:
- Credit Card/PayPal: 3-5 business days after approval (appears on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles)
- Original Payment Method: Refunds always return to your original payment source
Exchange items ship via your original shipping method unless otherwise requested.

For our global riders (excluding some Asian and remote areas):
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees
- Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
- Allow extra time for international inspection (5-7 business days)
